Childline

If you are worried and need someone to talk outside of school or family, the NSPCC have trained people available to talk to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can phone their help line or go online which ever you feel more comfortable with.

Worry Monsters

If you need to share any worries and do not feel confident  speaking to a trusted adult, you can write your worry down and add it into the worrymonster mouth. An adult will check these worries throughout the day and make time to speak to you about your worries.
